Shipping policy

As per my terms and conditions listed on my site that is password protected. There are no refunds or exchanges. My items are digital download and are automatically sent via direct download from my site when purchased. Due to the nature of digital downloads once the downloads are sent they are in the purchasers possession and I have lost stock of what they purchase. At the time of checkout the customer must agree to said terms and conditions with a digital signature. Filing any chargeback is just flat out unethical and against my terms.
